Filial (Family) Therapy

Does it feel like your child's behaviour is out of control? Do they seem to be always acting up and rarely doing as you ask? Do you feel like no matter what you say or do it falls on deaf ears, or worse, escalates things even more? Do you just wish you could have some calm, fun, enjoyable times as a family?

Filial therapy can help. It's a play-based parent-child relationship therapy which can help you understand and address these issues and more. It can improve communication between you and your child. It can help you develop a deeper understanding of your child's needs and emotions. It is an evidence-based therapeutic method of strengthening child-parent attachments. Ultimately it can help reduce the stress felt by all of your family.

If you are baffled by your child's seemingly bizarre behaviours and wish you could just see inside their minds to see what on earth they are thinking that is making them behave the way they are, I can help. This course, developed by Robyn Gobbel, is an intensive course which will help you see their behaviours (& maybe your own) through a new brain, body and nervous system lens.

It can help you gain clarity and confidence as a parent so that when your child is struggling to just put on their shoes so you can all get out of the door, or screaming that they NEED the blue cup, or they just cannot do their homework without a complete meltdown you will know what to do to help them be successful.

Does that sound like a miracle? Too good to be true? Well, let's chat. Hit the contact button below & I will get in touch as soon as I can.
